William has specific experience with shareholder and partnership disputes, intellectual property litigation (including Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) proceedings, trademark opposition board proceedings and section 45 expungement proceedings), injunctions, appeals, CCAA proceedings, class action proceedings and fraud claims. William brings a science background to his work, having obtained an undergraduate degree in medical sciences. William is also known for his technological savvy, which is increasingly valuable as courts modernize, and opportunities arise to leverage technology to run litigation more efficiently and cost-effectively.
