Overview

Chloe has a broad corporate commercial practice, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities and corporate governance matters. She plays a role on various aspects of corporate commercial transactions, from due diligence to closing, drafting and reviewing agreements and related transactional documents.

Chloe has experience advising clients on amalgamations, corporate reorganizations and plan of arrangements. She also provides legal advice to publicly listed companies on routine corporate and securities matters, such as continuous disclosure obligations, compliance and governance.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Chloe worked at global mining companies on a range of matters including securities compliance, corporate finance, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. During law school, Chloe completed an internship at another national law firm and at the United States Law Library of Congress.
