Ian Goldberg is a knowledge management and professional development lawyer, supporting the firm's corporate practice groups.

Prior to his current role, Ian practiced business law at Bennett Jones with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. Ian provided advice in connection with a broad range of commercial law issues, for both public and private business corporations, limited partnerships and trusts. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements.

Ian's many years of experience informs his approach to precedent development and training, enabling him to provide practical, innovative and business-focussed documents and training programs.
