Robert B. Harvey

Rob Harvey leads Bennett Jones Litigation Support group, one of the largest in Canada. He assists clients with the collection of records, and our lawyers with organization of records, e-discovery, and the use of technology at questionings, trials, arbitrations and hearings. He and his team support legal review teams with a streamlined and cost-effective approach to large scale litigation, often involving enormous amounts of data, through the use of statistical analytics and technology assisted review.

In addition to pre-trial work, Rob has attended over 350 days of trial helping firm clients, lawyers and courts with the presentation of evidence.
