Overview
Logan has a general regulatory and litigation practice with a focus on the areas of energy regulatory, utilities and rates, environmental, and surface rights law. Logan has been involved in proceedings before various federal and provincial administrative tribunals. Logan has also assisted clients with matters at all levels of the Alberta and Federal courts.
Logan previously worked at the Canadian Institute of Resources Law where he gained expertise in the areas of oil and gas regulations, security requirements for mining reclamation and carbon sequestration and storage regulations.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Logan practiced at another major Canadian firm.
