As a member of the Infrastructure group, Larissa advises owners and contractors on drafting and negotiating various project development agreements, including design-build, design-build finance maintain, construction management, CCDC standard forms with supplementary conditions, and other forms of project agreements. She also provides advice to owners and bidders on drafting and negotiating requests for proposals, requests for qualifications and other procurement documents. Larissa's experience includes drafting design-build and construction management agreements for multiple health authorities, developing and drafting a template renewable natural gas purchase agreement, and advising on the procurement of healthcare and energy sector projects. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Larissa articled with the firm.
