Her practice includes advising public and private companies on a broad range of matters, including general corporate matters, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements and other regulatory requirements. She also has experience in fund formation, private equity fund investments and other investment funds. Lisa also serves as a guest instructor for the Law Society of British Columbia’s Professional Legal Training Course for incoming lawyers on corporate law. She is a member of the Securities Law and Business Law subsections of the Canadian Bar Association and the Access Pro Bono Society of BC. Lisa has also been appointed as a member of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) Corporate Finance Forum, which advises the BCSC on policy initiatives, capital market trends, and other emerging issues affecting reporting and non-reporting issuers, including investment funds. ("Sierra Madre") in consideration for the issuance of shares of Sierra Madre. • Pender Growth Fund Inc., in its acquisition of Working Opportunity Fund (EVCC) Ltd.
