He has extensive experience in acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate, including office towers and industrial, shopping centre and condominium properties. Riley's practice also involves joint venture, co-ownership, shareholder and general and limited partnership structures and related reorganizations, general corporate and insolvency matters. He has represented public and private REITS, lenders, developers, and wholly owned municipal corporations with the acquisition, development and financing of some of the largest projects in Alberta.
