(TSX/NYSE: WCN), an integrated solid waste services company, has closed an underwritten public offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Senior Notes due 2036, priced at 99.732% of their face value. The offering closed on March 16, 2026. The net proceeds are expected to be used to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
