Nancy Helm brings over 15 years of legal industry experience assisting clients with their complex corporate and tax transactions.

As the Manager, Corporate Paralegals, Nancy provides visionary and strategic leadership to the Corporate Department within the Firm and as a member of the Calgary management team, Nancy has overall accountability for a team of paralegals working within the Corporate Department in Calgary and Edmonton. Nancy also leads the development and implementation of processes and policies to ensure the her team is positioned to deliver a best in class service offering to our internal and external clients. Along with this, Nancy manages the resources of the Firm in a cost effective and responsible manner, ensuring profitability goals and service levels are met.

Nancy remains up-to-date and active in the paraprofessional community and continues to develop on her professional development by taking certificate courses through the International Practice Management Association (IPMA).
