Amelia Neo

Amelia has a general corporate commercial law practice with experience in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and corporate governance. Amelia advises clients in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, real estate, manufacturing and mining. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Amelia summered and articled with the firm. 

During law school, Amelia distinguished herself academically, earning multiple awards and scholarships. She was named to the Dean’s List each year and received the prestigious Dean’s Course Prize for her performance in the Davies Corporate Securities Moot.
