Louis-Philippe's practice focuses on operations, national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, private equity, as well as regulatory issues related to securities and governance. He is involved in various stages of transactions, from due diligence to transaction closing, and participates in drafting agreements and other related documents.
Before joining the corporate law team at Bennett Jones, Louis-Philippe completed his articling in law and worked as a lawyer at another international firm in Montreal.
