Benjamin Reingold helps clients in science-driven and creative industries protect and enforce their intellectual property. With a focus on IP litigation and the legal impacts of AI, he advises on complex disputes and emerging risks across a range of evolving technologies.

Overview

Ben practices in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent litigation for clients in pharmaceutical, oil and gas and other science-based industries. Ben has significant experience litigating cases under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, as well as complex patent disputes with concurrent litigation in Canada and abroad.
