Overview

Wade Ritchie has a general tax practice with a focus on corporate tax and transaction structuring.  He advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and the taxation of resource companies. 

Wade acts on estate planning transactions involving tax-effective business restructuring, inter-generational transfers of wealth and tax dispute matters for clients dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency. He also publishes legal and tax articles for varied audiences. 

Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Wade articled with the firm.
