With deep expertise in commercial real estate, Luke Stretch partners with owners, developers, investors and tenants to navigate complex transactions and drive their projects forward.

Overview

Luke is experienced in dealing with assets across real estate classes—including office towers, industrial buildings, hospitality and development lands—and acting on behalf of clients including REITs, wholly owned municipal corporations, developers and tenants. He provides particular insight into the nuances of transactions involving real property in Calgary's City Centre.

As a member of the firm's National Leasing group, Luke advises landlords, tenants and property managers on commercial leasing matters in the office, industrial, retail and education sectors. Luke also advises on real property and project finance aspects of large industrial and infrastructure projects, navigating the land procurement and related regulatory processes on behalf of proponents.

Outside of his practice, Luke is a member of the Calgary Chapter of the NAIOP (the commercial real estate development association), where he engages with industry leaders and stays at the forefront of trends shaping the commercial real estate landscape.
