Tekarra Valiulis

Tekarra works with public and private companies, fund sponsors and institutional investors providing practical and strategic legal solutions tailored to her clients' business goals. With a finance degree and an MBA, she brings a business-oriented mindset to her legal practice. This unique perspective allows her to deeply understand her clients' business challenges, financial objectives and strategic priorities. She focuses on delivering practical solutions that aligns with her clients' strategic objectives, helping them navigate complex legal and business landscapes with confidence.

Tekarra earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2024. During law school, she volunteered with the Law Student Legal Advice Program and the University of British Columbia Law Review. She also completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in 2024. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Thompson Rivers University in 2020.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Tekarra summered and articled at the firm.
