Overview

Mehak has a broad and general commercial litigation practice involving commercial disputes, class actions, product liability and competition matters, among several others. She has defended clients across a variety of sectors, including for claims involving automotive product liability, environmental contamination, anti-competitive conduct, breach of privacy, breach of contract, misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duty. 

Mehak is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association and The Advocates Society. She is also an active volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario.

Bridgestone Americas Inc. in its defence against class actions alleging anti-competitive conduct in the sale of aftermarket tires.
