Maisah Syed

With expertise in complex disputes across diverse industries, Maisah’s practice spans fraud investigations, class actions, regulatory compliance, commercial disputes and environmental litigation. She also provides strategic counsel on estate matters and corporate governance issues.

Maisah has acted for multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals and government entities in high-stakes cases. Her work includes resolving commercial disputes for manufacturing companies in Canada and Europe, navigating real estate and environmental contamination issues, and managing product liability claims for cross-border clients. Her cross-border experience is exemplified by her involvement in a major fraud case spanning Japan and Ontario, as well as advising on the estate of a global entrepreneur. Maisah has also contributed to the administration of one of Canada’s most complex settlement agreements.
